About The East End Mood Disorders Support Group
Who:
• A separate and confidential group for individuals who have a mental health disorder
• A separate and confidential group for family and friends of a loved one who is struggling
• Run by trained peer specialists
When: Thursday evenings from 6:30 – 8pm
Where: Currently running only virtual zoom groups
Where: when we return to post-covid in- person groups
